HEIGHT:100 - 150 feet
SPREAD:30 - 50 feet
DISTINCTIONS:Slightly drooping branches; bark is reddish-brown and furrowed; flattened, dark green, shiny needles, grooved above with two white bands below, needles set all around the stems in two rows, prefers a well-drained, acid soil; prefers shade.
LIMITATIONS:Needs moist, humid environment.
HARDINESS:SC, SE (Zone 5)
ORIGIN:Southern Alaska to Idaho and California
