DISTINCTIONS:Horizontal spreading branches; small shiny deep green leaves turning reddish-bronze in autumn; showy large red berries is the fall; tolerates a wide range of soils except constant wet locations; tolerates salt and drought.
LIMITATIONS:Branching habit tends to collect windblown trash; needs well-drained soils, does not tolerate wet soils; snow coverage in winter helps hardiness.
HARDINESS:SE (Zone 4)
