DISTINCTIONS:Pink, conic clusters of flowers in July and August; pod-like fruit persistent in winter; grows in moist soil.
LIMITATIONS:Not available commercially but distributed by garden club members.
ORIGIN:Southeast Alaska to northern California, Idaho, Montana; found locally in Colorado, Missouri, Tennessee
